Are you a budding writer?  Are you interested in the process of writing?  Battersea Literary Festival gives you the opportunity to hear two very different writers speak about the process of creation.

On Friday 12th September at 6.30pm at the Battersea Arts Centre, Joanne Harris will speak about her writing career, from first beginnings to the big screen, and in particular will talk about the role that folklore and fairytales have played in the development of her work.  There will be a Q&A at the end for you to ask any questions you like or even to discuss Joanne’s new Doctor Who Novella!

The second half of the double bill will see Richard Curtis talking about his stellar career in screenwriting and about the process of transferring story to screen.

Refreshments available.

Tickets: £10.00 – one ticket covers both events
